Welcome to Playdress.com (the “Site”). We are committed to making your shopping experience with us as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Kindly take some time out to read through our terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) prior to using the site. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the T&Cs.


General Information
We are Pieces of 7 Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”), a Singapore-registered company. Our company registration number is 201112881G and our registered office is located at 110 Middle Road, #03-02C, Singapore 188968.

Our working days are Mondays to Fridays from 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m in Singapore, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Intellectual Property Rights
Playdress is the sole owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content of the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, display, upload, modify, create derivative works, download or in any way exploit any such content, nor may you distribute any part of this content over any network without prior permission obtained from Playdress and you are sole responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.


Accessing And Using The Site
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that:

• all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete; and
• you will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without Playdress’s prior written authorization.

You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site and its materials herein.

All information involved in site creation will be treated as private and confidential, and cannot be disclosed to any third parties. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, should there be any situation where we deem that there is a non-compliance to our T&Cs.


Links to Third Party Sites
The Site might contain third party links which are not affiliated to, owned by or operated by Playdress, included but not limited to third party payment hosting providers.

You acknowledge that Playdress is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these third party sites. By using the Site, you absolve Playdress from any and all liability associated to your access and use of these third party sites and services. 


Indemnities
You agree to indemnify us and hold us and our associated partners harmless from any claims, losses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

i) Your access of, use of and/or participation in this Site;
ii) Breaches of your obligations under the T&Cs;
iii) Your violation of any rights of another person or entity;
iv) and/or Your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law.


Termination of User
Playdress reserves the right to determine if a user has breached our T&Cs. If breaching of T&Cs is deemed to have occurred, we may take reasonable actions, including but not limited to the following:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use and/or access to the Site;
• Issuing a warning to you via email;
• Forfeiting the points that you have accumulated under our Playdress loyalty program;
• Acting according if law enforcement or legal proceedings are deemed to be necessary.

We may take any other action we deem reasonably appropriate.

Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following T&Cs. You shall be responsible for providing us with the correct information for all orders placed. We reserved the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, because a credit reference we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

We do not allow amendments of any orders once a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. We will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicated orders are placed.


Payments
All product prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and all product prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Atome, Grabpay and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Playdress, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Product Description
We try to be as accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions and photographs of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. Colours of the products in real life may appear slightly different from screen due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibrations. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


Defects & Incorrect Items
Variations in measurements are not considered a defect as long as they are within 2cm. You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate before purchasing.

Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 to 5 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your order.

Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $3.50 will apply if the parcel is returned. Any delivery dates stated during the order process are estimates only.

Dispatch times of your order may vary according to the availability of our logistics partners and subjected to unforeseen delays, which we will not be held liable for. You shall be deemed fully responsible for the product once the order has been delivered to the address that has been provided to us when you made the order.

Responsible for the Product
Once we have received payment in full for the order, you own the product. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the provided address.


Termination of Orders
We may terminate the Order at any time by writing to you if:

• Failed payment when it is due
• You do not allow us to deliver the product to you within a reasonable time.
• You do not provide us with information necessary for us to fulfil the order (for example: delivery address/contact number)

We will refund any money you have paid in advance for the terminated order in the situation set out above. However, we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we incurred.


Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for a year, and are strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. Gift cards can be redeemed over multiple transactions, until its value has been fully utilized. Gift cards bought from our Site cannot be used at any of our Playdress outlets.


Promotional Codes
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

All online promotions come in the form of discount codes. Please ensure you key in the right promo code before checking out in order for the promotion to be valid. No refund will be made for orders whereby discount codes are not applied at the point of purchase.

All sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, regardless of size, colour, or design.


Updates on Policies
We may change any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Any updates on our polices will be revised here on the Site. Please check back frequently for any updates or changes to our T&Cs. Your continued use of the Site indicates your agreement to the T&Cs as posted.
