I have a missing item/incorrect item from my order, what do I do?

What do I do if I receive a defective item in my order?
Oh no! Please email us at info@p7group.co within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Do note that your email must include a clear photo of the area of defect. 

Can I amend/cancel my order after I've placed it?
As amendments or cancellations can’t be made after your order has been confirmed, do ensure that you have chosen the right size, colours, and quantity. 

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If your payment has been declined, please submit a new order as we are unable to process any orders if payment has not been made.

Where should I apply my giftcard/discount code?
If you have gift card or discount code, put it in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” component and apply it at the Check Out page.
*Please note that if any transactions were made in error and gift cards/discounts not being applied. No refunds will be made for such cases.

What are your modes of payment?
We accept Visa Debit/Credit Cards, MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards and Playdress E-Gift Card.

What are the shipping methods used?
We offer standard courier delivery on all local orders and express courier delivery for all overseas orders. Self-collection option is only available at our Bugis Junction store.

Am I able to pick up my order at any of your stores?
Unfortunately, self-collection option is now only available at our Bugis Junction store. 

What to do if you did not receive an email confirmation?
For every confirmed payment, you will receive an email notification. If you do not see it in your inbox, do check your Junk/Spam emails. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Peak periods such as the holidays and sales promotions might cause delay of up to 4 working days.

Local Delivery

 

Free standard courier delivery on all regular priced item order. Delivery time will take 1-2 working days upon dispatch to Janio. Peak periods such as the holidays might cause delay of up to 7 working days.

 

Overseas Delivery

 

Shipping rates are charged according to weight of items which will be shown upon checkout. Delivery time will take 5-7 business days depending on the country regions and customers clearance. *You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges will be paid in person when the package is delivered. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges as each country’s customs laws varies. Please contact your local delivery provider if you have any queries about the rates.

 

All our orders are delivered via our courier service provider, Janio. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the shipping details.
To check the progress of your order, simply visit Janio Tracker and enter your Tracking ID that was sent to you.

 

Additional charges will apply for re-deliveries if no one is present to receive the parcel after the 2nd delivery attempt. Please provide your contact number and full addresses when keying your shipping details upon checkout to ensure efficient delivery and that the courier can reach you in any circumstances with regards to your delivery.
