You can join our Playdress Membership simply by signing up online or by approaching any of our friendly retail associates at our physical stores.

No, you do not need to re-sign up for an online account. You may use the same email address and password that you used when you signed up for the membership at the physical stores.

If this is the first time you are trying to log into your account on our website. Choose the sign-up option, then enter the details required and the same email used from your previous membership registration.

Your data will be synced once the sign-up is complete and you are ready to place your order via our website.

For members who have an existing online account with us, the points accumulation will only start as of 13th December 2022, 00:00 with the implementation of our new membership programme online. Purchases made before 13th December 2022, will not be eligible for the accumulation of points.

Yes, with the new membership system, you are able to accumulate points BOTH online and at our physical stores using the same email address/mobile number. Kindly note that for online purchases, accumulation of membership points will only commence from 13th December 2022, 00:00.

You may go to the Rewards widget at the bottom-left corner of our page and select:
Redeem for Online/Store (depending on where you are making your purchase).

For Online, apply the voucher code shown at the Rewards page upon checkout.
For physical stores, kindly inform our retail associates that you would like to utilise the redeemed voucher.

Yes, they will expire within 90 days from the date of redemption. Only redeem your vouchers when you are ready to utilise them.

*Please note that only one voucher can be utilised for each transaction.

You are able to earn points in two ways.

- Sign up an account with us
- Shop online and in-stores
- Earn up to 2x points during your birthday month

Do note that some actions allow you to earn points only once while others can be done multiple times.

**(Points are calculated and issued based on the final amount paid for your online/in-store purchases. Points accumulated will expire within 12 months of the transaction made.)

The points will be updated within 24 hours of your transaction. You may login to your account online to check your points.

For In-Store Purchases

Yes, your points will be deducted from your account after your return. Your return amount will be in the form of store credits.
Purchases made using store credit are eligible for earning points.

Transfer of points and merger of accounts are strictly prohibited.

Currently, we have 3 tiers – Member, Iconic and Epic.

Member: No minimum amount spend.
Iconic: $500 in one receipt or accumulated spend within 12 months.
Epic: $1200 in one receipt or accumulated spend within 12 months.

You may drop an email to info@playdress.com with your email address and mobile number. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 1-3 business days. However, please expect delays in replies during holiday and promotion periods.

Yes, you are eligible to earn points when you shop on our online store and redeem vouchers for your orders. You are also able to use the same account for points accumulation when you visit our physical stores.
