I have an existing membership account, but I'm unable to login to my membership account. / I did not receive any email when I clicked on Forget Password.
Simply create an account with us using the same email address you first used to create your account.
Can I transfer my Play Club membership to my friend or another account holder?
There will strictly be no merging or transfer of accounts.
Is there an expiry date for the vouchers redeemed using my points?
Yes, they will expire within 90 days from the date of redemption. Only redeem your vouchers when you are ready to utilise them.
I want to cancel my Play Club membership.
You may drop an email to info@playdress.com with your email address and mobile number to request for your account to be cancelled.

How do I check my member tier?
Click into our Rewards widget on the bottom right corner of the page. Your member tier will be reflected right under your name!

Do I have special discount for each tier?
Yes! From time to time, we’ll roll out exclusive discounts just for selected member tiers. Think of it as a little extra thank-you for your loyalty. The higher your tier, the more exciting the perks waiting for you — so keep an eye out, because you never know when your tier will unlock something special.
Is my tier's discount eligible for all items in my purchase?
Your tier discount is only applicable on all regular-priced apparels and Ora Ora apparels.
