Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase. By purchasing a styling session, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Requirements
   • Styling sessions must be booked at least one (1) week in advance of the preferred date.
   • Sessions are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email from Playdress upon successful booking.

2. Styling Fee & Redemption
   • The $50 styling fee is fully redeemable in-store and can be used to offset any purchase made during or after the session, within the same day at Playdress Plaza Singapura, 313@somerset or Suntec City only.
   • The styling session is valid for 30 days from the date of your styling session purchase.

3. Rescheduling or Changing Session Details
   • To change your appointment (date, time, or outlet), please submit a new booking form with the same email address, name, phone number, and order number.
   • A new confirmation email from Playdress will be sent based on the most recent form submission.
   • All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be accepted, leading to a No-Show & Forfeiture of the $50 styling fee for in-store use (refer to point No. 4 for more information).

4. No-Show & Forfeiture Policy
   • Failure to show up for your scheduled session will result in automatic forfeiture of the $50 styling fee for in-store use.
   • You may still book another styling session by submitting a new form at least one (1) week in advance of the preferred date. However, do note that the $50 styling fee for in-store use will not be valid to offset your purchase any longer after the first no-show.
   • Failure to make a styling session booking by the end of the 30 days from the date of your styling session purchase will result in automatic cancellation. (You may still book another styling session by submitting a new form and paying a new styling fee.)
   • Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions at Playdress’s discretion.

5. General Conditions
   • Styling sessions are conducted in-store only at Playdress Plaza Singapura, 313@somerset or Suntec City.
   • The styling voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   • Playdress reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
