I have an existing membership account, but I'm unable to login to my membership account. / I did not receive any email when I clicked on Forget Password.
Simply create an account with us using the same email address you first used to create your account.
How do I check my member tier?
Click into our Rewards widget on the bottom right corner of the page. Your member tier will be reflected right under your name!
You can also check how many points you are away from upgrading your tier by clicking onto your name :)

Can I transfer my Play Club membership to my friend or another account holder?
There will strictly be no merging or transfer of accounts.
Is there an expiry date for the vouchers redeemed using my points?
Yes, they will expire within 90 days from the date of redemption. Only redeem your vouchers when you are ready to utilise them.
I want to cancel my Play Club membership.
You may drop an email to info@playdress.com with your email address and mobile number to request for your account to be cancelled.
