By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
All products price are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
The paid order is considered as final and cancellation of orders will not be allowed. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to not issue you a refund for the orders purchased.
Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All transactions (emails and payment verification) will be attended to within 1 - 2 business days.
Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 business days if you do not receive a reply. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out.
Playdress will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee of $3.50 will apply if the parcel is returned.
Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders are shipped out according to the order number, we do not combine orders.
Playdress reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item in your order, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days by indicating your reason for return/exchange with a picture proof, and we will look into the matter for you.
Once we have confirmed on the issue, we will be shipping out a replacement subjected to availability. If your product happens to be out of stock, we will proceed to refund your orders.
Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All local orders are delivered via Janio delivery unless otherwise stated. Orders can be tracked via http://tracker.janio.asia/ using the tracking number sent to you when your shipping is confirmed.
We offer Standard Courier and Self-Collection. Delivery will take 3 - 7 business days for Standard Courier and 2 - 3 business days for Self-Collection.
Please note that additional delivery applies to all addresses except restricted areas such as the following: Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airports. An additional surcharge of $15 will be applied if you request delivery to the above-mentioned locations.
Nett Priced Items
- $1.99 per order for Standard Courier. Free standard courier delivery with $60 spent (Singapore).
- $3.50 per order for Standard Courier.
Please note we will send an email should the parcel be returned. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks will be disposed of without prior notice. No refunds will be made for such cases.
We offer overseas shipping via Janio International delivery. Overseas orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days from Singapore upon order confirmation and delivery will take 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance and weather conditions.

We accept payment from all credit/ debit cards and collected via Stripe.com.
All online promotions come in the form of discount codes. Please ensure you key in the right promo code before checking out in order for the promotion to be valid. No refund will be made for orders whereby discount codes are not applied at the point of purchase.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT
Once we have received payment in full for the order, you own the product. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the provided address.
We may terminate the Order at any time by writing to you if:
- Failed payment when it is due
- You do not allow us to deliver the product to you within a reasonable time.
- You do not provide us with information necessary for us to fulfil the order (for example: delivery address/contact number)
We will refund any money you have paid in advance for the terminated order in the situation set out above. However, we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we incurred.
- Our Gift Card validation is 1 year.
- Gift card is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.
- Gift Card is to be redeemed in a single transaction.
