Returns

For Online purchases

  • We accept returns of all regular-priced items.
  • Sale items are strictly not returnable. Sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. ​
  • Returns must be in their original conditions received, packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, with all tags intact and purchased directly first-hand from www.playdress.com only in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
  • Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
  • Your return must reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.

 

How to return

Drop us an email once you have made your returns. We will contact you through email to follow up on any exchange process once we receive your return parcel.

Please ensure that your return order is eligible for returns before making a return.

  • By mail
    1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
    2. Send your parcel to our warehouse at:

110 Middle Road, #03-02C Singapore 188968

If you choose to return by mail, you are encouraged to mail your return back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 10 days for local orders or 30 days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails. All return postage fee will be borne by you.

  • Drop-off in-store.

If you choose to drop-off in-store, you can only drop-off your returns to our Bugis Junction store as of now. You can find the location of the store here

We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at info@p7group.co to request a copy within the stipulated return timeframe.

 

What happened if not eligible item returned.

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel. For your parcel to be returned to you, there'll be a re delivery fee of $3.50.
