For Online purchases

  • We accept one-time exchange of all regular-priced items.

 

  • Sale items are strictly not exchangeable. ​

 

  • Exchange must be in their original conditions received, packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, with all tags intact and purchased directly first-hand from www.playdress.com only in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

 

  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

 

  • Orders made with promo codes are exchangeable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

 

  • Your exchange item(s) must reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.

 

Incorrect/ Defective item exchange

If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item in your order, please email us at info@p7group.co within 7 days by indicating your reason for return/exchange with a picture proof, and we will look into the matter for you.

We will contact you through email to follow up on the exchange process once we have verified your purchase. We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any return/exchange of the defective item if we are not notified within the stipulated timeframe. Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing are not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange, or refunds.
